  I've always had a great experience here. Sandra is my banker and she has always been very fun to chat with and explains things very easily. All the employees I've dealt with have been very kind. I look forward to going in and seeing them.

  We came to get a Medallion Signature. It is a 24 mile drive round trip. When we got there we were told we needed another piece of paper so we said ok we will come back. Tbe next day we returned with the required paper and after waiting at least 15 mn a lady came to get us. Where upon we sat while she stumbled through the system and had to get someone else who told us we needed another paper. You would ahave thought the lady we talked to the day begore would have known everything we needed to bring back. Then we had to keep repeating what we wanted done. Like between the two of them they couldnt figure it out. So in the end we have to make a third trip. I think we willgo to a diffetent bank.
